HOW TO USE CONTACT LENSES
Start by placing the contact lens on the tip of your dominant index finger. Be sure to double-check its position to avoid errors when inserting it.
Use one hand to support your upper eyelid and the other to pull down your lower eyelid, creating space for the contact lens. While looking up, gently bring your finger with the contact lens to your eye and gently place it on the lower eyelid. Then, gently ease your eyelids down to accommodate the lens.
Close your eye to allow the lens to fit properly. Done! Repeat the process on your other eye for clear, comfortable vision in both eyes.
